Tech Specs

Seamless welding with glue-injected crimped corner keys — corners are welded, keyed and injected with structural adhesive, giving a stronger, safer sash with a narrow-frame minimal look.
Primary 6063-T5 aluminium — higher hardness and greater toughness than recycled alloy, for lasting dimensional stability.
15-year colourfast finish — AkzoNobel powder fluorocarbon coating protects against fading, chalking and corrosion.
Flush frame inside and out with a one-piece glazing bead — frame and sash sit on one plane, and the continuous bead gives a clean, generous face line.
R5 rounded corners on the inward sash — the radius removes the sharp corner at hand and head height, which matters most in family homes.
Three sealing lines with a one-piece bendable gasket — the gasket turns the corner without a joint, raising air and water tightness. Lifting hardware prevents the sash from sagging over time.
Double tempered insulated glass — high resistance to wind load and impact.
Guided concealed mullion drainage — water is led through an internal channel and discharged out of sight, so the façade stays clean.

Exterior and interior aluminium finishes, gasket tone and spacer finish can be specified independently, so the window can match the façade outside and the décor inside.

Standard — Double Tempered Glass (5G + 18A + 5G) from CSG / Xinyi primary glass, with one-piece bent black warm-edge spacer and single-side protective film.
Tempered Laminated Glass (5 mm + 18A + 0.76 PVB + 5 mm) for added safety and acoustic damping.
Triple Tempered Glass (5 mm + 9A + 5 mm + 9A + 5 mm) for higher thermal and acoustic performance.
Glass types: frosted glass, tempered glass, Low-E coated glass, tinted glass and acoustic laminated build-ups.

We offer three grille solutions: internal grilles, between-the-glass grilles, and external grilles.

Between-the-glass grilles: enhance aesthetic appeal and allow for easy glass cleaning.
These grilles are built with spacer bars fitted inside the insulated glass unit, between two panes.
Grilles are available in custom colors to match your selected window exterior finish.
